Shipping Information
Currently, The Cheap Geek can only bill and ship to addresses within the United States.
Orders are generally shipped on the same business day that the order was placed, when submitted before 4 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We use multiple warehouses located throughout the country and ship from the closest location to you to ensure the fastest delivery. Products generally arrive within four business days.
We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our products are well stocked, however, occassionally due to heavy sales volume, an item may become not readily available. If a product is out of stock, we will immediately notify you of the anticipated delivery date. You will be offered the option to cancel your order at this time.
It is our policy to refund or replace any defective product within 30 days.
